Get Going

We do not use the dreaded Facebook or venture into twitter, today (June 2014)  I have created a blog with the aim of updating during our campervan trip to Scotland these 1st posts are experimental to test the water of posting and using the software  for recording text and posting photographs. The record of our trip is to show family and friends what we have done and seen it is dependant on internet connection if no posts appear then either there is no conection or we have been eaten by the natives. I hope to record places seen miles traveled thus a daily online postcard of the trip.
FOR THOSE IT THE KNOW I APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY DYSLEXIC CONTENT & SPELLINGS IN MY TEXT

2014 holiday trip

Our plan is to explore the far North of Scotland touring in our VW California campervan. We aim to leave Southampton and travel North on main roads spending our first night just above Glasgow close to the South end of Loch Lomond. From here our holiday starts. Proceeding North along the Loch heading to Fort William on to follow Loch Ness towards Inverness reaching to East coast we head on North following the coast to Duncansby Head and John O Groats via Wick. From there we will head West along the A836 coast road to Rhiconich. From here heading South along the coast making our way back to Fort William. Then continuing down the country to the Dumfries area before heading back to SouthamptonImage
